This course provides foundational knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to launch a career in the electrical field. Students will explore fundamental electrical theories, job site safety protocols, tool and equipment operations, and standard residential, commercial, and industrial wiring techniques.
Plumbing Fundamentals
with Charles Bruce
This course covers the fundamental concepts technicians need to safely install, test, maintain, and repair many different types of plumbing systems for residental, commercial and public buildings. Topics include safety, tools of the tade, math, drawings, pipe and fittings and fixtures.

Electrical Lineman
with Don Meetze
This program covers the installation, maintenance and repair of power lines and equipment that deliver electricity.
The Power Line Worker course covers the fundamental aspects of power line work to include safety, electrical theory, climbing techniques, aerial framing and rigging, and operating utility service equipment.
This one-level Power Line Worker curriculum is the foundational level for three different training pathways: Power Line Worker: Distribution, Power Line Worker: Substation and Power Line Worker: Transmission.
Students enrolling in this course will also obtain the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, and OSHA-10 Hour Construction Safety. Scholarships are available to those that qualify.
